sallap, 12.30
A hot afternoon, feeling heavy after a good fat meal from Amrita. The guy near me was having bread-butter.Suddenly a tall figure showed in.Long curly hair, long hands which were well spaced from body with a key clinking in his right hand.A brown salvatore shoes, wills pants, woodlands maroon shirt, all about 10k bucks on bod, wearing a bright smile stretching his lips to extreme, a smile which could even render the calumniator nepotic benefactor. All of him which can be summed as 'a deadly charm'.He walked in.I have seen him somewhere.he dragged a chair to a table and made himself comfortable."Chandra anna..kaddikan entha"he shouted out to our sallap master chef cm cashier."natte ucchakke anno da kaddii" pat came the reply."oh...uccha anneallee...oru kappi" and chandran annan attended to his new task,as usual, devoid of any emotions.A nod is all i get for my chayaa.I overheard him as he initiated talk with our bread-butter guy.someone just checked his attendance from our CCF and it was truly digital."I think this attendance stuff should be posted on our college website..i could have then accessed it from my laptop" the bread-butter guy listened with poker face and he scanning for familiar faces who were busy with their bread-butter or chappatti-curry.
bbg: u havin class this afternoon?
our hero: donno da..Meera mam called me.I have to meet her
bbg: when?..yesterday?
hero:no..last week, i think.I got up a bit late today.Thought i would jus come and meet her.
bbg: ohh...
The kappi was on the table by then.He attended to his kappi, his rolex beaming noon sun."ohh god...might be in some million dollar business" i reckoned.
"I am goin da".He finished his kappi and got up to pay chandran annan.Just then a bulky imposing figure forced in,taking long strides.A lighted kings placed srategically between his fingers."sir...entha..kurre nalle ayalloo kanditte" he was laughing."have to see meera mam" that same smile, too addictive and he trugged to the other end of road.As i watched him climb the slope to main building i asked our bread-butter guy "whs this?". "I have seen him somewhere" he replied.
